Our Once Upon a Stage Cast Performance Class is a specialist rehearsal and performance programme for students cast in roles within our original Encore production, Once Upon a Stage.
This class is designed to provide focused rehearsal time for lead performers, allowing students to develop their scenes, songs, character work, and stagecraft to a high standard in preparation for performance.
Working closely with the creative team, students will receive detailed direction, performance coaching, and staging guidance as they bring the production to life, helping them grow in confidence, professionalism, and overall stage presence throughout the rehearsal process.
This class offers performers the opportunity to experience the commitment and expectations of working within a principal cast, while developing valuable skills in teamwork, responsibility, and performance technique.
Subscription details
Participation in Once Upon a Stage Main Cast is charged at £45 per month throughout the rehearsal period for the duration of the production.
In addition, a one-off £80 show fee is payable upfront to secure your child’s position within the production. This contributes towards production costs including theatre hire, costumes, licensing, and show resources.
By accepting a role within the production, participants are committing to the full rehearsal and performance process for the duration of the show.
Please note that due to the impact withdrawals can have on casting, rehearsals, and the wider production team, any participant who chooses to leave the production early and disrupt the rehearsal process will incur a £70 withdrawal fee.
This fee will not apply in cases of emergency or severe ill health, where exceptions may be considered at the discretion of Encore Stars Academy management.
